Could do with some friendlier service from the staff - it's up to the management to train and ensure the prosperity of the staff and to find out what the root cause of this bad service is. Hoping there is a fix, as it would be helpful to the community that requires your service!

Not the friendliest of staff. Don't understand the concept of customer service at all. And don't try to return something or exchange it. They won't let you. They will just argue with you. Won't be doing business there in future. The staff at the Australia Post outlet at Keon Park and much more friendly and helpful.

For the first I had to go to this post office today . From the time I walked in I received the worst customer service ever from the lady at the counter. It doesn't take much to be polite please be nice to all your customers what ever the nationality is. We come in to the shop to receive a service and pay for it. We are not taking anything from you guys for free . Will not come to this post office ever again !

Worst customer service ever ! Staff are so rude and treat their customers as if they're not getting paid for their job ! I was standing near the customer bench and rudely told me to move away I'm not serving you yet ! So disappointed
