Last week I picked up an application form for a passport and was advised without a moments hesitation from the manager as to what documents I needed to present when returning. I returned today and I received a very professional and courteous reception . Not an ounce of fuss, very kind and genuinely polite. I've dealt with many a business across a large range of services, and this experience today truly reflected a caring and kind service to the community . Many other businesses could easily learn from the simplicity, gentleness and kindness available at Canterbury LPO.

I paid for 3 times the cost of express post and they sent my mail via registered post. Not only was I ripped off, but I didn't even get the service I thought I was paying for. They refused to reimburse me. Australia post customer care told me that it's definitley NOT an express post tracking number. don't expect to get the service you think you are paying for.

Leave my parcels at the front door where anyone can see instead of actually leaving it somewhere secure like behind a high wall... or couldnt leave it at a local post office like I told them if i wasn't at home when i got work during the day... I wonder who handles their parcels!

If I could I'd give 0 stars. so unfriendly. The guy hates his life so Australia post do us a favor and fire him! Absolute knob that doesn't help, rude, bad attitude and looking at other reviews he's ruined a lot of people's days! He's the guy who works there the most.

Surtesh ( manager ) is extremely helpful and efficent for all my post office needs such as passport applications , post office box and general banking . Highly recommend
