I needed to get a passport sized photo taken for an official online application. Even though there were plenty of options, I figured getting it done at a place like Australia Post would be more professional. So, I checked nearby post offices and decided to go to the one with the highest rating. When I got there, I was greeted by a customer service person who looked like she was being forced to work against her will completely expressionless and unhelpful. I told her I needed a photo, and she rushed through the whole thing, clearly just waiting for me to pay. The process happened so fast that I didn’t even get a chance to ask for the digital copy until after I’d paid. Her response? “We’re offline, so we can’t provide the digital copy.” Excuse me, what? The Australia Post website clearly states that a digital copy is included, which is literally why I went there in the first place. But I didn’t bother arguing. I thought I’d just take my own photo at home and upload it. Turns out that resizing it to the required specifications took me over two hours. If I’d known it was going to be such a miserable experience, I never would’ve set foot in that place. Terrible service, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone.

The best Post Office in all of Sydney!! The staff here are actually very helpful and care about customer service. Unlike most of the other Post Offices /Lotto shops.
Small little Aus post outlet but staff are always polite and more then happy to help or answer any questions U may require only a small wait usually but one of the smallest Aus post outlets I've ever come across seems like they get through a lot of send and receiving for a two staff maximum outlet.
Great friendly service!! Always willing to help when you have a problem!!
