Very rude staff! Tried to submit a passport renewal but the rude female staff member told me my passport photo was too small (even though I measured it in front of her and it was within correct measurements). She told me that she was going to write on it "told customer it is likely to be rejected". I didn't let her process it and left. She was just trying to get me to pay for them to take the photos I'm sure... Went to another post office and it was submitted fine.

Stupid red colour hair lady was not respecting the customer. Worst post office worker ever!

Toombul Post Office.....give it a miss for Passports Totally demeaning, degrading, rude, condescending attitude from one particular female staff member. Had all the required documents - originals, photocopies witnessed by a Justice of the Pease. Just in case. Would not even look at any of the papers at all . Saturday morning - and all just too hard for her. Went to another Post Office.........all good - no dramas - polite service, pleasure to help in anyway he could. So when the Dept of Foreign Affairs asked for feed back. They really got it. I also praised the other Post office totally. I now understand what GOING POSTAL is all about.
