I cannot believe the way I was just spoken to by a staff member at Heathridge post office. The staff member who was serving me was completely unhelpful and very rude. I knew that I had 2 parcels to collect because I had received 2 text messages telling me to collect them. She asked me for the tracking number of the second parcel and I showed her the text messages that I had received. This is when she started speaking rudely and agressively. She was very short with me and said that this was not the tracking number and she needed the tracking number. I tried desperately to find the tracking number via my emails on my phone but was not having any sucess. I asked her if she could check out back. Again, in a very rude and angry tone told me that she could not. I was still searching frantically for the 2nd tracking number on my phone when she came out with the 2nd parcel. I was shocked and said 'So there is a second parcel?'. She then proceeded to berrate me and tell me how rude I was being and accusing me of having a go at her because I was meant to have the tracking number. I responded that I was not the person being rude and that she was! She was still going off at me as I walked off. I had to leave because I was about to burst into tears. What a horrible experience. I really cannot believe someone could behave so unpleasantly and unprofessionally to a customer.
rudest people i have ever met, not empathetic at all, had two people arguing with me after a mistake, just a money making thing instead of appreciating customers. could hear them talking about me behind my back as i was leaving aswell
