I truly enjoy visiting Australia Post Gungahlin. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and extremely cooperative, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. A special mention to Kalpesh and Mr Rakesh, who manage the daily operations so smoothly and run the post office with great efficiency and professionalism.nI would also like to sincerely than Mrs Sangeeta for her exceptional help in locating my parcel. I had believed that I had lost a very important item, but her patience, dedication, and support made all the difference and brought me great relief.nThere is so much to explore at this post office from toys, games, and postcards to even tarot reading items which makes it more than just a place for postal services.nThank you, Australia Post Gungahlin, for being such a wonderful local store and a truly happy place to visit.

Watched 3 people before me get treated very rudely and wasn’t expecting anything different to be honest! Waited an hour to pick up a package and left with nothing due to a typo on a delivery slip. I produced multiple forms of ID to which I received the lovely reply of “I don’t care”. The bald bloke on the counter had ZERO people skills at all!  No wonder this place has such a bad reputation.

Rating 5 stars so that everyone can see this.nnReferring to someone who served me at counter 4, ticket number C 878 Saturday on 7th February 2026.nnBig man with a small heart, take that all away and what are you?nnI hope you can strive to be better than who you are every single day. Total disappointment and very unprofessional.  Rude and very obnoxious. Wonder why he is still employed.nnTook this collection ticket right out of my hand and tear it up like this then threw it on the counter for me to get it. I hope you have an ability to work on yourself to become a good role model for younger generations.nnHave a day you deserve.

Despite living within walking distance, I never come here, even when I can during working hours. People behind the counter have been good, it's just over-crowded almost always. We generally don't get packages sent to our apartment in case we need to pick it up here. HUGE catchment area, but Aus Post doesn't seem to want to open any new post offices in any of the new suburbs surrounding Gungahlin. I've been waiting outside and often seen people go to walk in and see the huge queue and turn around and leave.

Very disappointing experience at Gungahlin AU post.nOne staff member was extremely rude and impatient when I visited to post a parcel. I asked normal questions related to the service, but the staff member responded with incorrect information, showed no willingness to help, and raised their voice while speaking to me.nThroughout the interaction, the staff member appeared visibly annoyed and spoke in a hostile and scolding manner to me, which made my feel very uncomfortable and disrespected.nThis is not the level of professionalism or customer service expected from an Australia Post outlet. Overall, a very unpleasant experience.
