It’s actually incredible how long the line gets, and how long it takes to simply collect a parcel. Please hire more staff, or more efficient staff please!. They also seem to lose packages an unreasonable amount of time, and the staff can’t find them. Super frustrating when there is no other option but to wait an unreasonable amount of time when your parcel is trapped behind the counter. My husband was working from home when the parcel allegedly could not be delivered, to add insult to injury.
I was home all day for a delivery, even had my front door open, and they did not even attempt delivery. To make matters worse, I just went to this post office to pick up the parcel because I received an email 2 hours ago saying it was ready. I waited at the counter for 10-15 minutes only for the lady to say it wasn't at the post office and to come back. Horrible experience all round, there was no reason for the driver not to deliver my package in the first place. I don't have dogs; it's not an apartment building; it's a townhouse with easy access stairs to my front door. I will be changing my pickup location to another post office.
Agree with a lot of people's review. The delivery doesn't knock on the door, been home a lot more often now and last Thursday I was home from 11 am to about 2.30pm. Got a email at 1.pm to say attempted delivery.nnCouple weeks back with my PPQ delivery too. The app said it's arriving on certain day within a time frame. And guess what? no show.nnI've got Google timeline as a proof against the delivery notes too.
Hands down the worst post office. Staff are so incredibly rude. Generally one staff member during the busiest times and now today just decided to be closed. Always super unhelpful. I wish I didn’t have to use this post office
