Extremely incompetent. I received a message asking me if I would like my parcel left in a safe location, I replied yes. This request could not be processed. The parcel is then placed in a locker while I am away. I then received a message that the parcel is now able to be collected from the post office. I wait in line for half an hour only to be sent to the parcel lockers.. the code no longer works as it has expired, as I told the person at the desk. I still do not have my parcel.
Getting tired of this delivery service when you say to leave in safe place, then I watch the driver turn up and is gone before I even can get out the door, it’s really frustrating.nDon’t see why it’s so bloody hard.nYou have one job
So busy and staff so good! The line was out the door but staff dealt with them rapidly, answering questions amiably and helpfully, finding what customers wanted quickly. Badly in need of a revamp and upgrading of parcel system, neither an attractive nor comfortable place to be in worker or customer wise. 5 star for staff and 1 for structure.
Unreal experience with this male staff, no greeting what so ever, I came for money transfer collection and they told me that they already packed up. What’s even worse it that they knew they could’ve gave me the money but he was that lazy that he didn’t even bother and told me they do western union across the street, they also don’t have the money collection. Somethings gotta change, this place is not my first experience here. Date 03/05/2024
Horrible experience with a male staff who showed no customer service skills at all. Looked so grumpy and not in the mood working
