it was like I was supposed to get delivered on Friday. It was supposed to get here delivered on Saturday to get here. I have to pick it up from my local post office because they couldn’t even ring up intercom.and it’s sad as I spent money on postal they did not try the intercom because I went down there a minute after I got the notification on my phone and my intercom was working as do most of the intercom in this place as some people don’t want theirs on and i would like to say they didn’t Even get out of the van to check because a couple days later I had a friend who got a package and they didn’t even stop here my friend got a message saying they couldn’t deliver it and the van drove by here we where both home both times we don’t get pick up envelopes in our mailbox because we get notifications on our phone and a QR code when we have to go pick it up too. It took them three days to give me well. I was supposed to go pick up phone.
Unfortunately, my recent experience with the delivery service was disappointing. On my daughter's birthday, two parcels were meant to be delivered to her home with specific instructions on where to leave them. However, without any delivery attempt, the tracking system marked them as unsuccessfully delivered, necessitating a trip to the post office for pickup.nnIt seems I am not alone in this experience, as other customers have faced similar issues—especially since there typically isn't a note left on the premises after an unsuccessful delivery attempt. This indicates that the tracking details may not be accurate.nnIt's disheartening to see that management hasn't addressed this recurring problem or responded to several negative reviews over the past year. I hope the company will take steps to improve their service and communication, ensuring a better experience for all customers.
Paid for Premium Express Postage. Delivery was meant to be on the Monday. Item has been sitting in the depot for a week now with no time of delivery. It’s been under “investigation” for over a week with zero updates, and everytime I ask they cannot give me an answer. A $300 parcel which was meant to be for my son to ride his new motorbike, and I have a heartbroken little boy because Aust Post is incompetent and cannot deliver Parcels on time. It is now Friday and I’m yet to see my parcel. An absolute Joke.
Absolute joke they don’t know what they’re doing. Was meant to get a delivery yesterday. Still trying to find out where it is today and no one can tell me anything considering I paid for express post
Pretended to deliver my parcel but didn't even come down my road!!! then send me a full of poop email to say I have to drive all the way into town to collect the item as I wasn't home???? For reference, I am a stay at home mum of a toddler, and i have no car which I had told Australia Post on the first phone call.nnHave spent hours on the phone to Australia Post over the last two days to get my parcel sent back to my address... the 1st lady I spoke to on the phone was helpful, the 2nd was understanding of my situation but couldn't help me...the 3rd lady I spoke to was rude and trying to act like Australia Post are all high and mighty and would never not deliver or do their job.nnWORST SERVICE EVER!
