Pretended to deliver my parcel but didn't even come down my road!!! then send me a full of poop email to say I have to drive all the way into town to collect the item as I wasn't home???? For reference, I am a stay at home mum of a toddler, and i have no car which I had told Australia Post on the first phone call.nnHave spent hours on the phone to Australia Post over the last two days to get my parcel sent back to my address... the 1st lady I spoke to on the phone was helpful, the 2nd was understanding of my situation but couldn't help me...the 3rd lady I spoke to was rude and trying to act like Australia Post are all high and mighty and would never not deliver or do their job.nnWORST SERVICE EVER!
Everytime I purchase something and it comes through auspost.nnIt gets to the Gladstone depot from Melbourne or Brisbane faster then it makes it from the Gladstone depot to our house in Calliope.nn3 days from Melbourne to Gladstone after ordering. Been sitting in Gladstone depot for 3 days. Keeps saying its coming today then changes to the next day if it doesnt show up.nnYou cant contact anybody to go into the depot and pick it up as soon as it arives.nnThe information in the help chat is useless.nnAlways communicating with automatic help desks instead of real people. Its quite infuriating.
Item from China went through to Gladstone then has been sitting there ever since, longer than it took to get there from ChinanSpent 2 hours on phone then finally get call backnCall back put me back on hold again another half hournFinally got through to someone that guaranteed I get it motorcycle parts today and again is still sitting at Gladstone exchange not delivered!!nWhat do you do ???nThus is beyond belief !!!
Never ever get my deliveries on time, even though it's express shipping. No one can ever tell me where it is so I have to wait sometimes a day or 2, sometimes more! Useless. I've literally had 2 parcels sitting at the depot for 2 days now.
Always had great customer service but its clear they need more staff in order to process packages on time, i couldnt even collect a parcel that was at the post office for the entire day as they wearnt able to process it in the working day in time.
