I need to say, that not everyone in this post office is a rude kind of person. I went here this morning and was greeted and served very polite and friendly and was answered my questions the same way. Helpful staff.

Not sure really, some staff are great, some not, I know it's not necessarily the shop but the accuracy of mail delivery is woeful.

5 stars to the new manager at Gisborne who has made a great improvement to service, thank you and the new refurbishment looks very nice. However, I would like to suggest that you make paying accounts a little easier by providing us with either B.Pay or EFT so that it can be done along with our other banking and bill paying. It is inconvenient to have to pay your bill by downloading an app, which is only available on certain electronic devices, log in using Google, come into the post office OR send by mail. If you want to make it convenient and perhaps get bills paid on time by more people, then make it easier to do so. Imagine if we had to pay all other companies in this manner - it would be disastrous. Regards Margaret Carmichael
