I love this post office. I feel like the lines move really swiftly. They are always good at finding my packages the postie dropped off. I’ve done my passport pic here, not amazing, but passed the test eventually. They are all good hard-working people.
Massive shout out to how quick the staff manage a busy Saturday morning. The line was literally out the door as soon as they opened. The team were efficient, friendly and working well together. It was great to see great service during an insane morning. While Australia post has its own issues the team here are reliable!
Passports are always a huge ordeal and give me huge anxiety. The lady at the office were quick and efficient and non judgemental! They helped when I didn’t have enough documents and guided me through the process while I was in tears Even though there was a line behind me they were not rushing and I appreciated it so much!
The staff here are amazing. Very helpful and efficient. You know that your parcel is safe in their care because they are stringent about checking id for parcel pick ups. I've seen a few complaints posted online about this. The post office staff are keeping your parcels safe.
I wanted to extend a huge thank-you to the wonderful Asian lady who helped my vision-impaired sister at the Coorparoo Australia Post office today. She went above and beyond to ensure that my sister was able to send her package to Perth. Her patience and kindness throughout the entire process truly made a difference. We really appreciate her exceptional service.nnI couldn’t help but notice a few unhappy customers, and it makes me wonder why that is. I understand that customers have different expectation, but it’s important to remember that this is Australia Post, not a café offering free Wi-Fi. The staff at this location are not obliged to provide internet access, and it’s unfair to make that someone else’s responsibility. In today’s day and age, it’s uncommon for people to be without phone or internet connection, so it might be worth considering alternatives rather than expecting the business to meet that specific need. Let’s all keep in mind that the employees are doing their best to assist in a busy environment.
