This USE to be the best post office, friendly country feel BUT sadly now since new owners have taken over it is a depressing place to have to go. The staff are rude, you are greeted by the lady every time with a sour face and a ‘Yes’ no hello, how can I help you but YES like you are the biggest hassle to them for even being there. I thought this may have been a once off experience but it is every single time. If you don’t need to collect something for this particular Post Office I would go elsewhere. Plus the staff all speak their language between themselves while you’re standing there. I loved the old owners and team, such a disappointing downfall.
This post office used to be great under the older couple, quick and easy. Now this post office has gone downhill. The owners are rude and are speaking in their own language loudly at the back. I felt so uncomfortable.
Most unhelpful post office I’ve ever been to. The male worker was not happy when I asked for his assistance to lift my parcel, 10kg microwave oven, into my car, he pushed the box towards me and told me to put my hands either side of the box. I tried. I’m 70 years old. I asked again for help which he reluctantly agreed to. The post office had no other customers at the time. Also I was sending a parcel which needed some extra sticky tape… I doubt it will get to its destination without falling open. What a rude slovenly man.
Very good overall service. It is a neat and organised place, and not too busy. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The lady was very patient and efficient with me as she took me through my inquiry. I am very satisfied with my experience here and I recommend to anyone looking for quality customer service.
Great place to pickup your packages, the staff are really friendly. It can get really busy during the week, but that’s to be expected. The store has lots of things to look at and to buy which all seem to be locally produced.
