Served by a dull and lifeless male employee who said he’d been working for Australia Post for 20 years. It most definitely shows. Slow service, not knoedsgble or friendly and poor customer experience. If you’ve been working for a company for 20 years I would have thought you’d have more information and be able to muster up a bit more than a “I suppose you could call customer service” and shrug off my question so nonchalantly. A true representation of Australias postal service. Pathetic. Not surprising to read other reviews about the male employee I encountered today. Give him his long service leave so he can go find something else to do because clearly customer service isn’t his strong suit.

I ordered something from Ebay and used Parcel locker if this post office. As claimed it was easy to register. It was free. And I got message and email when the delivery was ready. I found the place easy thanks to other friends who made comments before. And could pick it up very fast. I will certainly use it more often as it is just 1 min from Chatswood station and I can pick up my deliveries easily.

Staff are super slow and inefficient. Poor customer services. Not recommended.
