I recently visited your office and experienced significant difficulty due to the long waiting times and lack of seating. After standing in line for over 30 minutes without being served, an it would have at least another 20mins before I would get served.nnThere is a lot of open space in the office but not a single chair available. I have had surgery on both feet and found standing that long extremely painful. I also noticed elderly people and a gentleman with a walking stick struggling to stand in the line.nnIf wait times are expected to be lengthy due to limited staff, you need to need to be consideratenBy adding seating in the waiting area to accommodate people with disabilities, medical conditions, and older visitors.
Called ahead of time to confirm that someone could certify some documents and also photocopy. Was assured that I don’t need to make an appointment or call ahead. Got there to be told the manager doesn’t work on what I assume is one of the busiest days Saturday. And that they don’t photocopy anymore. I said how I had called and ahead and said “so I’ve just wasted my time” and she laughed and said yeah.nnThe service at capalaba is always shocking and they love to ensure they’re defensive and rude at all times
ZOE at 2:14 on Friday the 16th of May was very unprofessional. She had a black choker on and blue chunky earrings and brow short curly hair in a high ponytail. If she hates her job so much why is she even working there in the first place. Didn’t show my first passport photo to me so that when it came out I hated it and then huffed when I politely asked her to retake it. I then asked if I could keep the old ones and she blandly ignored me. Then I asked her again in a nice manner and she grabbed the scissors and said loudly No! You wanted to replace them and she started cutting them with scissors. Do not come here for a passport.
Slowest post office there is. Why xants they have a separate line for people who just want to mail parcels and another for banking and passports. It's ridiculous waiting 30 plus every time I just want to pay to mail a parcel
This place doesn't even warrant a single star. The service is practically dead, with too many pointless left turns and a genuine lack of concern. Efficiency is appalling, and customer service is non-existent. Don’t bother wasting your time here!
