Fraud service, I dropped off my iphone for return as part of squaretrade in. The counter guy took it in didnt give me a reciept, said will do it soon. 2 weeks later there’s fraud transactions on my bank account through apple app. And now the square trade have confirmed they haven’t received my trade in phone. Do not trust the mailing staff ever!!
The receptionist was on afternoon shift on Friday 05/07/2024. She is young but very rude.nnBad customer service, I could not understand how she was employed in a good spot post office there.
Customer service is now pretty good however shortening the hours was the dumbest decision.nNo more Saturdays and earlier closing hours.nNo one works Monday to Friday 9-5 anymore
It happens many times now that is the reason for this review, i have been home all day nobody knocked or pressed the buzzer for delivery but i have received the message to collect it from the post office.nsuch a lier
Got a message that my package could not be delivered despite no doorbell ring, nothing. Look outside to see auspost van outside. Driver is about to leave when I ask for the package under my address. He hands it over then off he goes. Huh?nEdit: Changed rating to reflect that this is no longer an issue.
