The staff at Ballarat West post office are absolutely wonderful! I had to get a passport photo taken and printed and the staff were so fantastic. They were very knowledgeable and also so friendly. Thanks once again ladies!
The ladies here are so helpful! Had my daughters passport photo taken here, their printer was broken. They offered me a full refund or come back the next day to get another taken. I came back the next day she remembered me and was so helpful as my daughter is only 3 months old. Thank you for the kind support
Went in to get a police check completed straight after work, was there by 4:40 and waited in line for a solid 10 minutes before I was served. The lady said they stop doing police check applications after 4:45 because they take too long a process that took less than 5 minutes at a different location. The store doesn’t close until 6 and if I was actually there before the cut off time but I had to wait in line because they were so slow at serving people.
I don’t normally leave reviews but I had a really poor experience today and want to say something.nI came in trying to post a jacket and while getting the satchel ready to post, the plastic adhesive strip came off. I put it back on so that the adhesive was protected, only to find when i went to close the package that the strip was now stuck to the plastic and the satchel was completely unusable.nnI put my jacket in a box instead and when I went to post it, I explained how the satchels adhesive wasn’t useable and what had happened.nThe girl who served me said nothing and proceeded to charge me $37 for postage. When I asked her why I was being charged for that bag she just said “Because you’ve written on it?” And looked at that me smugly.nnReally rude experience with no communication or understanding, I’ve now lost money trying to sell one jacket after being served by a girl who had no intention on being understanding or even polite if she wanted to make me pay for both. It would have taken 10 seconds to explain it nicely… As someone who also works in retail & customer service this is a bad look and leaves me feeling unheard and upset.
The staff seem perpetually fatigued, but they always deliver service with an almost-smile.
