Self serving, unprofessional and lacking transparency. A small company that is a one person show, and lacks professionalism. Not a member of the peak industry body and would simply never recommend.
Very disappointing service provided to us as unit owners, expensive fee structure and when we gave notice we would move our business on, the response was most unprofessional and awful. Since then, I've heard on the grapevine that other clients have complaints and are disappointed in their service.
Provide biased information in favour of the committee members. Over regulate small complexes and create unnecessary conflict between owners.
We continue to have a positive experience. Highly recommend.
