I bought a digital piano from here and found Hans to be really helpful.  The selection was good (they had all the models I wanted to compare) and let me play as long as I wanted on some of the wonderful refurbished old grand pianos they have in store.

Ordered a brand new Kawai CA67R digital piano + assemble and delivery. I expected that it is a brand new, in original box, and will be assembled at my home. But it turned out that they delivered a dirty used piano + second hand chair. Hans over the phone told lies about the piano had just been assembled at his showroom. I showed marks on the keys to the delivery man and he was happy to return to the store. Dealing with Hans to get refund was painful. He hung up the phone while I was talking about the issue. Eventually got the refund but lost the delivery and assembly fee.
@Hans: Warranty is not the evidence for a brand new item.

I have been teaching piano in the area for over 40 years- I recommend that you visit Hans at Austral Piano World- he has a wonderful selection of pre loved and new pianos, and digital pianos/keyboards- he is very knowledgeable and caring.So many of my students have been delighted with his professionalism and service, and they love their pianos!!!
