Trudy and the whole team are lovely. I moved in January and out in June, and had a seamless experience. The facility is clean - plenty of flatbeds trolleys for moving items - and I always felt safe even when I visited in unstaffed hours. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff, nice little luxuries like a drinks fountain in the reception area. Plenty of parking in the facility as the street is pretty busy. Lots of trolleys available if you beed and 2 goods lifts for getting stuff upstairs. Everything looks pretty new and always clean and tidy.
Very clean, secure & safe. The receptionists Trudy & Denise are very professional & friendly, willing to go for an extra mile to help their customers
