I was really looked after when I had to come in and get my gall bladder removed. Super, super accommodating staff, who made sure I was comfortable, even in a pandemic. Incredible surgical team, and the nurses who looked after me were so sweet. Thank you for your incredible work.
I've recently spent 4 days in the Austin after a spinal procedure. All the nurses were kind,friendly and compassionate. All the visiting allied health staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the food. Not great
Good emergency department, nice knowledgeable nurses who are smiling all the time.
If your in the ICU there watch out for there head of research patrolling the beds for his next research patient. Happy to enrol you if unconscious especially. Ethically guided by getting click bait for his research articles in medical journals online.
