Couldn't recommend Mandy highly enough. We have used her for setting up our initial loan and now years later refinancing out loan. She has an immense amount of knowledge about the industry, loan types and companies and goes above and beyond to ensure that application lodging and settlement occur very smoothly (with minimal effort from our end!). Was always available to answer any questions we had also.

Recently walked in to Aussie Pakenham, obviously in two minds not knowing what to expect. Then had the privilege of meeting this friendly yet extremely professional Deborah East, who found the best option for our debt consolidation. She helped us compare from a wide range of options and found the best deal for us. Her unbiased advice, purely based on numbers, was very re-assuring that we got the best deal. What seamed like a daunting exercise was made a walk in the park thanks to her and her support and guidance through out the settlement and after, is really noteworthy. do not waste time guys...just walk in to Aussie Pakenham and you will not be disappointed.

We would strongly recommend Deborah East from Aussie Pakenham. Thanks to Deborah we are now saving hundreds of dollars a month. My wife being self-employed always makes refinancing difficult, but working with Deborah made the process easy. With clear instructions on what documentation the bank reqired, led to a quick and easy settlement. Thank you Deborah and Georgia

My husband and I were hesitant about changing over loans because we had some very bad experiences in the past with our home loan I went in expecting the worst and from the moment I met Deborah I knew that everything was going to be ok with our loan Deborah & Georgia are professional, caring & on top of there game at all times Nothing was ever a bother for them and nothing couldn't be resolved. No question was too stupid either I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family and will never use another mortgage broker again I cannot thank them enough for all the hard work they put in securing our refinance If your thinking about a new loan, refinancing or anything mortgage related you MUST give them a call! Deborah, thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for us!!
