Purchased rock sliders from them online. Unfortunately they gave me sliders for a different car. When I went back, they were professional and apologised. They didn't have the correct ones in stock so they had a pair shipped from their Brisbane store. The build quality of the rock sliders is quite good. Everything lined up and was easy to install. The powder coating looks to be quite good as well. Had to wait a few weeks for them to arrive but they came through in the end. Good to see a business take responsibility and take the right steps to fix it.
Great experience. Excellent communication with the manager Carl and friendly staff. My purchase installation took slightly longer then advised, however, was not the fault of the shop. To compensate the manager through in some freebies on pick up. Definitely recommend these guys!
I bought an item from this store and whilst the website said it was a pre-order, a quick phone call to the shop reveal there was one left on the shelf. Mona was absolutely awesome! Being a Christmas present and leaving my run a bit late. She arranged for the item to be shipped to me super fast at no extra cost to me. I rec'd it in 2 days. I thoroughly recommend this store and am very impressed with the customer service. THANKS MONA!
I placed an online order for rock sliders on the 19th of July which was advertised as FREE Shipping. I then spoke to Aussie off-road reps on two separate occasions who told me I needed to pay extra for shipping, which I did. After waiting for over a month to receive my order, I then contacted Aussie off-road to determine when to expect my order, and received an email saying that it was out of stock at the time I placed my order which is not what it said on the website! and that they couldn’t tell me how long it would take to arrive. Since then I have contacted them a number of times asking for an expected delivery date, and finally a refund, I received no response until I left a negative review on their Facebook page, they then promised me that a refund would be arranged ASAP. That was a month ago and I have received no further comment OR my money back. VERY poor customer service, I am still out of pocket over $800 and with no rock sliders - would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
Just had their new GT bar installed on my hilux and I’m amazed to say the least, their communication before the job was great, the quality of work is top notch, I will definitely recommend to my mates.
Always a pleasure dealing with these guys. Khoder is working above and beyond to help you get what you love. The service is amazing whenever I have an impulse to add to my Ute Khoder’s always their to give me the best and make it affordable.
GT bull bar fitted to my hilux gave it a run to Cape York and back held up perfect great quality.The built in recovery points came handy once again thanks for the professional service
The team was friendly, had a weekend out and they were able to finish the job before my trip as promised, had the bar on for a month and had no problems so Definitly will be recommending to friends
I purchased a Ford raptor style grille for my PX2 ford ranger, after trying to fit the grille with no success I contacted aussie offroad for support. After numerous emails back and forth and many phone calls I have been told a new grille was sent out and after 4 months of waiting still no grille. My phone number has now been blocked by the store and no one will contact me back. I simply would like a refund for my troubles as this has been a horrible customer experience and will never shop here again, nor will I ever recommend this store to anyone else
If you go down to there store ask for Carl he had the best customer service and gave me the best deal on my hilux, the fitout was amazing and they done a really good job
