Aussie Mesl Prep have been fabulous for me. I have suffered all sorts of symptoms from all sorts of food over the years ranging from additives keeping me awake at night to full blown asthma attacks! I decided to give Aussie Meal Prep a go because a friend of mine had told me how much more energy she had whilst on the meals and how much better she slept. That was 2 years ago and I still order them. I eat with the family most nights unless they are having something I know won’t agree with me, then I just heat a meal. I always have one of the meals at lunch because it gives me loads of veggies and the right amount of protein to keep me going all afternoon. You can freeze them and defrost them when you need them - I prefer to have them fresh but I do keep some backups in the freezer! I have found I do sleep better and do have more energy! So I am sold! Awesome variation in both protein and veggies. If I did it myself I would be eating the same mix of meat and veg for a week. With the meals I get variation and they are precisely measured so I know exactly how much to eat. You can pick and choose what meats and veggies you like or not from their extensive menu! Give them a go!
I tried it for a few weeks, and I was happy enough with the meals, but I was not able to use reuseable containers, which meant that the only option was single-use plastic containers, so I was obliged to find another service provider that was able to use reuseable containers. A rating of 3 stars would mean that my expectations were met.
I never got my meals so but of a bummer No one called to say they were there and when i turned up yes i was late but they do have my details and as a first time customer, one would think they would bother I went to drop of place they knew nothing and kept trying to say i must have sent them somewhere else So cant review the product and having trouble getting a response If yiu do reas this i would love the 20 meals replaced or a refund Things like this lose you long term customers
Great convenience meals husband said so & the lean up range is great for stay in shape & training.
Great tasting meals for a great price. Top quality food to go with it.
Slapped together, poor quality meat & veg. Really really bad and not value for money.
The meals are great, would definitely recommend.
Service was excellent. Food was bland.
