Excellent customer service. We had all our old high bay lighting replaced with LED's under the free Victorian Energy Upgrade. Aussie Greenmarks were very helpful with the initial quotation process through to the timely installation.

I have booked the installation for two shower heads on Wedesday. Well, no show. Rearranged the booking today, well done, no show again. 

Customer service, whatever they said, they will never do it. No call back. No solution. No result.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.

Terrible company. Fast to send the Indian man out to measure the factory for led high bays.
Told me they would be in touch but I had to ring a couple times as I heard nothing. Finally organised an installation date, to which was not met as they had no scissor lift.. rearranged and gave very strict instructions that it had to be before 2pm. 2:45 I call to find out why they weren’t there and was told they were 5 minutes away. I told them to turn around and go home and don’t come back. Cancelled right away and went with ‘eco light up’ who were fantastic to deal with!!
