Ordered a leather apron embroidered with my husband's business logo, which is quite a complex one; Ryan & his embroiderers went above & beyond to check in with me about the positioning & detail of the logo before proceeding with the final product. Really appreciated their patience & attention to detail, & their generosity in ensuring the apron arrived in time for my husband's birthday. Delighted with the finished apron. Can't recommend highly enough! Big thanks again!
UPDATE 20/03 They refund money, I just hope they can give nice customer experience next time. I think you should check your customer service, shipping and post-services section; This really generates a very bad purchasing feeling, as if it were a scam.
I saw the store online and visited in person after checking for what I needed. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the helpfulness of the staff. They assisted me in finding what I was looking for, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this store.
This place is very nice! I am starting an apprenticeship and got exactly what I needed at a very nice price. The staff were very kind and quite helpful. They also have a wide range of everything you could want, I highly recommend!
Brought a pair of chef shoes for $80. I work 12 hour days in the kitchen and wanted something safe and comfortable. Wore them for the first time yesterday. Within a few hours the inner sole of the left shoe had slipped backwards, leaving an uncomfortable and painful lump . I kept stopping and fixing it, and after a few steps it would just slide right back, causing major rubbing and blisters under my toes. I was completely miserable and in agony, and by the end of the day walking with a limp. I even tried putting tape to hold it, to no avail. Reached out to company via live chat and email with no response. Ended up taking the inner sole out, leaving the shoe hard and uncomfortable. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with shoes, would have been better wearing a pair of stilettos to work. They didn’t even last four hours. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. Get some crocs for ten bucks. I should note that after this review was left, the company FINALLY contacted me. The lady was so unbelievably rude and had the audacity to call me a liar. That no one else had had this problem, therefore I must be telling untruths. Never in my life have I had customer service treat me this way. No resolution, no offer of replacement. Deeply shocked that a company would conduct their business like this.
Bought a pair of Chef Jackets a month ago... The material is comfortable, like the styling; and surely great value for money!
Dont deserve even 1 star, product listed online is not at all what i bought, i would recommend all you hospitality guys to go to shop and buy, dont buy online sizes are wrong and colours forget it!!!.... worst online experience.... dont buy save money... go to Amazon n buy, more consumer protection..... dodgy online stuff...... see yourself the difference between advertised and received goods. In next few days after.. And they have gone so low... that they have changed the pic on Catch to the actual colour which i have received and not interested in but not ready to refund my money and spend on cost of returns, they want customers to pay for return postage and then refund... look at it yourself how false advertising has been done.... see yourself this dodgy marketing tactics. Very unethical business practice
Terrible service they have no patience at all to service customers also very rude attitude to customer. Life is too short for bad service.
Could not ask for better service, product was exactly what was described, sizing was perfect, delivery was amazingly fast. Don't change a thing, everything was perfect!
