We are very happy with the service we received. We purchased a car through this business, and we're so happy with the quality of the vehicle. The process was really easy, they did all the work for us so we were able to take our new car home straight away. The vehicle came with a 3yr warranty and the bonus is they can service the vehicle as well.
My experience with Australian Mechanical has been incredibly positive. As someone who was looking to purchase a car, I was slightly perplexed and finding it too good to be true what was being offered, and the reviews about Matt and his team seemed to good to be true. But after meeting Matt & Kas, who were friendly, helpful and accommodating, it made sense why they are so well reviewed. It’s clear that Matt wants nothing more than for his customer to have an excellent experience that is seamless. Well what can I say other than Kassandra and your team you are quite literally the best team of mechanics EVER! After being provided the absolute best service I’ve received anywhere I decided to get some work done on my car. I had been to 5 other mechanics over the last year for an extremely annoying knocking noise. Each mechanic recommended something different that needed replacing therefore I went with each of their recommendations and have spent over $2000 without having the noise resolved. After visiting the team at AusMech I was delighted to be greeted with a friendly, funny and very helpful lady called Kass. The team had a look at my car and shortly after confirmed their initial verbal diagnosis. Parts were ordered and shortly after fitted. My car was returned to me after having been washed and vacuumed and with the noise GONE! Finally I can enjoy my car again. I will definitely be coming back for any future jobs and highly recommending anyone who is looking for honest reliable service to go here. Thanks again team you are legends I finally have peace of mind and trust in mechanics back!
