Who spends there time reviewing Launderette. Google address and reviews popped up? I think everyone needs to the chill f*** out. Can't believe there are some negative things about the service here but I had a really great experience. The staff were friendly and kind.

Went there to wash a rug from my daughter’s room. Because I had my spaniels outside I’ve been told that i had to buy two $11 coins to wash the rugs as the machine needed to be sterilised after as dogs are dirty animals. I left and will never go back...I kept telling myself that we are in 2018 and not 1800...
Staff are very helpful and have change for the machines. Never had any issues here, good service.
Poor customer service and expensive. They charge 50 cents every time you pay by card, regardless of the amount. They also dry cleaned my suit and when it was smelly afterwards, the owner said that dry cleaning never removes smell… the response was poor and unhelpful. Not going back.
Terrible. They ruined a Zara blazer I brought in to be dry cleaned which had 'dry clean only' care instructions and have refused even to refund their charge. When I complained, they told me to take it up with Zara. Will never return
Very poor customer service, no refund when machine was broken. Do not recommend.
Very clean and the staff member was lovely but Super expensive. Probably the most expensive laundromat I have ever visited.
Got my jeans taken up here. Stitching was crooked and wavy. Lady at the counter didn’t care. Was more concerned that it was 10 minutes till closing time.
