I cannot speak more highly of all those we have come into contact with at Aurrum. Mum has been a resident there for over 10 months, where the help and kindness shown to her and to us, her family has been outstanding. The staff and management take great time and care with her and look after her every need. She is thriving at Aurrum and we are so delighted with all that they do for her. The staff have been amazing and l would like to say a massive thank you to all.
From the moment I was introduced to Michelle and the Aurrum Erina team, it was as professional as it gets.nMy father is now a permanent resident there and he is the happiest he’s been in over 10 years.nThey show empathy, care and patience, all in abundance and the food is also of a very high standard.nCouldn’t recommend them more!n
Nice facilities and the staff genuinely care. Of course no place is perfect and the fact is it’s very difficult to get people to work in aged care so you need to take that into account. Note that the geriatricians visit via telehealth services which is basically on a laptop that was a learning for me and my family however overall I do recommend this facility.
Rejected by this facility for my husbands long term care. Mira mira at Wyong hospital where he has been for several months clearly said he was low level care. Michelle at this facility called me and said he was to high care for them , yet their site, clearly says low to high care and dementia. Someone isnt telling the clear truth here or are wanting a high paying Aged care patients. Its just fishy.
This is the worst place i have ever seen in my life. The management can't change their repute by giving 5 stars to themselves. I know people are busy and they cannot look after their parents at home due to high need of care, but please at least find a better option.nThis place will take your money but will not give anything in return to the residents. The shortage of staff is ridiculous. The management is useless. My aunt was there and finally she has passed away with the terrible experience. She told me about one male staff who works at night, he has been very nice to her, and his name is George. But every month they will have new staff members because they cannot even appreciate the staff enough so they can stay back and work for them. I have seen few staff members who were lovely, but they all have been resigned and i am happy for them because Aurrum do not deserve them. This place is not worth a penny.
