Liam provided exceptional service, allowed us to store our bikes during the day and we were able to purchase parking close by. The apartment was clean and very affordable! We had a Great stay at the Aura
It was only ok. Had everything we needed, clean but tired. The 'furnished' balcony was very narrow and the furnishings consisted of 2 rickety folding chairs and small table. Almost standing room for 2 only. Roim smelled very smokey.
Staff were lovely, great location super close to everything and really good views from our room :
What a waste of $166.50 ! The place was filth. Stains on curtains. Windows haven’t been washed in years. Grubby floors. Ripped carpets. Bench’s not wiped down. The lamp in the bedroom was broken. I checked out hours later. I did not want to stay the night in an unclean and unhygienic place. Terrible .... will not be back!
The Auto on Flinders was disgusting. It was dirty, the apartment 411 was dirty and needed a thorough clean, especially due to Covid-19. Would not recommend anyone stay there until the Management gets their act together and has the whole place cleaned up which will be a huge task due to how dirty the whole place was.

Nice apartments right in the middle of Melbourne. Tram stop across the road & a short walk to Docklands & loads of restaurants. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that had everything we needed plus a good view. The only downside was the hard beds.
I booked this place with my wife and two daughters. The security and receptionist on night shifts tried to hook up on my daughter!! The Asian manager had dirty eyes on my daughters.. don’t come to this place
