I wanted to acknowledge the amazing service provided by Auckland Steam n Dry technician Philip who did am exceptional job removing the stains from my carpet. I am very pleased with the results, Steam n Dry has definitely been my preferred provider for carpet cleaning. 100% recommend to everyone else.
Had a mold patch appearing in carpet and smell wasn't good, it started clearing as soon as he applied stain agent and completely disappeared once washed,1 day on no smells or stain, Thanks Jerry for a great job and good coms along the way.

Have used Gary 4 times. For commercial and residential. Awesome and knows his stuff. He also came back once to touch up a couch we werent 100% happy with. Didnt charge. Thats great service.
