Unfortunately we were presented with an old tired room that needs some investment and TLC.nMould in bathrooms and hairs scattered around.nEither cleaners not thorough enough or pressed for time to do a good job.nNeeds much renovating improvement to be recommended.

Great location quick walk to a lot of things staff were really good  the swimming pool area looks great very disability and chronic illness friendly ………. The car spaces marks are so faded you can’t see the tennis courts look run down, in the room we had the wall looked dirty the bed was dusty the lounge sunk in, the cutlery draws need a good clean. The onsite restaurant isn’t open every day and there is no room service.

Room needs refreshing,  Once the carpets are replaced than the room won't be so lonely n bare. Bathroom liquid soap n hair essentials didn't smell too appealing. I used my own shampoo to act as my own soap to shower in.

During school holidays but booked in advance. Paid more in price cause of peak season. No access to pool. No room service or room phone cause of school holidays. ??. Pool area was extremely noisy. Not nice experience at all. Waited for half hour for luggage handler to return trolley. Then had to walk steps  cause wouldn't fit in lift. With walking disability. Staff were rude. Room was nice and nice view. Not a nice experience at all it was very disappointing.

I wasn't told that it was $250 for bond. I just looked at my bank to find the charge. I understand that I'll get the money back, but it really should have been explained at reception that you were charging my card $250.nnI have a view of the car park.nnThe car park resembles a large puddle and lots of deep pot holes.nnI had to park well away from the door.nnThe photos online do not reflect the hotel.nnThere is no exhaust fan or heat lamp in the bathroom.nnThere is no physical lock on the door.nnI won't be back.
