Perfect location to the night spots and restaurants in the Valley - easy walking distance to Fortitude Music Hall where we were attending a concert. Our room was quiet with no trouble with outside noise, and was clean and tidy. There was a problem with water dripping from the pipe under the bathroom sink which I reported to reception on checkout. Would definitely book here again.
We stayed 2 nights at Atrio and were extremely disappointed with the apartment. There was no aircon in the bedrooms, the sinks were blocked up and over flowing, there were not enough kitchen utensils, no chopping board and 1 massive sharp bread knife but nothing to cut anything else. The aircon in the living room had dirty vents and was dripping water.
I've stayed twice at Atrio and once at their sister complex Miro. Staff are attentive and friendly. Excellent location. Rooms are always clean with the exception of the split system air cons which is a bug bear of mine, but near no where I stay has clean air-conditioning so I'll just have to accept that. Bedrooms are not separately air-conditioned in the apartments I had which is disappointing. Wifi good. Parking easy. After hours checkin is also simple. Will be my regular accommodation now in Brisbane.
Adam and his team provide fantastic service. Rooms are always well kept and the team is always there to provide world class service. I highly recommend Atrio for anyone seeking quality accommodation in Brisbane.
Turned up late at night found the lock to the main door to be broken and unable to access room. Unable to see any emergency contact details anywhere to get any help. Had to goto my work car and get tools to access room. Lock would then not lock had to fix this before going to bed.
Great find, stayed here for the second time and have rebooked two more trips. Great staff, they could not be more friendly and helpful, location good and free parking when you book directly. Rooms: Nice and clean and good size Safety: We felt safe, no different to any busy city. Need to have your wits about you wherever you go. Food & drinks: Lots to choose right on your doorstep
This room was incredible. This was a great room for my aunty and my cousins. They were here for 1 month so they could learn some English. The school was only 5minutes away. But the washer and dryer made a lot of noise. But can you believe it every Thursday they came and gave us new bed sheets. This was a incredible experience Rooms: The rooms were good but the floors were a little bit dirty so my aunty had to buy a vacuum. But there were 2 rooms that were really good, 1 TV and 2 bathrooms. There was also a kitchen and it came with a lot of things. There were pans pots, plates, silverware and even wine glasses. This was a incredible experience for me and my aunty. Walkability: There was a iga 5 minutes away so my aunty could walk to go get my cousins lunch for school tomorrow and she didn't have to pay for an Uber. There were also a lot of good restaurants around us. There was this really good one called fat dumplings. They had amazing xio long baos.
Lovely and open, close to our destination. The iorn board was broken and wouldn't stay up. But we will stay again. Thank youRooms: 5/5
