Great night out food was great and fresh. Enjoyed the menu and would highly recommend to others.just added a few pics. Portion size was great and very filling we ate a lot more than I have pictured loved the cauliflower. Well worth it.
Came here for Dinner we had a great experience from the lovely and professional staff to the delicious food and drinks. First class service the food arrived very fresh and tasty. Thank you to Jorge and Joanne for a fantastic evening, we will definitely be returning again.
Was pleased with the meals we ordered the other day. Service was good and we weren’t waiting too long. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. Reasonably priced and generous servings.
My honest opinion is that this restaurant can do a lot better but for some unknown reason its struggling. So Im going to start with some positive points first , they taste and quality of the food is outstanding, the location and the atmosphere is unique and there are many staffs around which is perfect and the staff are quite nice and polite. However the downside of this place is that the foods are highly overpriced youll be paying $27 for a chicken salad and $30 for a chicken schnitzel and the portion sizes are quite small. We ordered a bottle of moscato wine $37 but our wine came with our dinner although we wanted to start on the wine before the dinner. The staff didnt even ask us if we needed any water like if you are going to charge me this price for foods then ofcourse some extra service is expected. The other downside was that you are only allowed one shisha per 2 persons . If there is a third person then you need to get a second shisha which is no convinient cuz not everyone would want to smoke the shisha. So you have to order food and shisha and sweets etc or youll have to get a shisha per 2 persons . I think to run a business this expensive its better to welcome every customer and let them have what they want to have cuz at the end of the day there is enough space in the restaurant to let people have one shisha, or one coffee or something very small and minimal.
Very nice, professional, respectful and helpful staff. We had a very good time there. We enjoyed the Shisha very much. The person responsible for the Shisha was very friendly and helpful. He refreshed the charcoals at the exact right time. The dessert and English tea was very good. I liked it to have a tea pot for all 4 of us, but we had to get a tea pot for every person which was waste of tea.... The music should have been louder. Totally enjoyed the night and recommended....
Good food and presentation. it's Fresh and tasty. And the drinks we got lime and mint Don't remember the name was amazing.
Practically got dragged in m as me staff member s Saturday night rude we were the only ones eating on a Saturday night should have realised. Food was ok but definitely a COLD atmosphere. That one star is for food only.
Unfortunately the average rating is quite accurate. The restaurant was empty and it was a Saturday night about 730. The service wasn't very good/friendly or attentive, the food whilst looked pretty delicious was quite underwhelming, wasn't seasoned and the cocktails weren't well balanced. You also have to pay $2 for a single takeaway container, ridiculous!
Don't think I'll be going back if I'm being honest. Staff seemed like they didn't want to be there/had no idea what was happening very lost Drinks were spilt on me twice unintentionally Asked to buy an extra piece of chicken schnitzel and was told they can't do it ???? Gave us Shisha which had rubber seal missing that meant the flavour wasnt coming through properly , by the time it was fixed etc we had only used it for maybe 10-15 minutes. The food was average and really overpriced ! Never given a 1 star review in my life but this place takes the cake.
I went this morning for a shisha, it was cold morning. The flavor was really good, it had been a long time I hadn’t smoked such a beautiful taste of it. There was just a boy working on the floor, very friendly and very good customer service. Can’t wait to come back.
