Went here on Sunday to use the cash deposit ATM. Found that all ATMs are working *except* for BOTH of the cash deposit machines. Of course these people don’t open on a Sunday so it was a waste of a 20 minute drive. The screen on the unit then recommended alternative ATMs at different shopping centres… come to find those recommended ATMs are NOT cash deposit units!

Staff are always polite and friendly but the wait times are ridiculously long. Not just a one off issue. Ive tried several times lateoy to get service for the most basic questions in under 30 mins with no luck. This last time was 9ver an hour and i had to walk out. It never used to be this way..seems to be a recent issue

Horrible service. I and my husband went to this bank on 9th January 2023. Lady who was servicing us was too rude. She was pretending like she doesn’t want to do work. Ridiculous service. I have been never meet this type of person.

3rd in line before store opened to open a new account for my son. Asked to take a seat 30 min wait while they served everyone else and eventually got to us!

Great Service today from Mae, she helped me fix my problem with logging in easy and friendly. Best service from a bank in a while.

I was helped by Mae and Rebecca and they kindly helped deal with my issues and give further tips that other branches ignored, very friendly!!

Great service. Polite team and always happy to help. Nothing is a problem. Cut backs in staff numbers hurt how they can look after customers in a timely manner. Not thier fault. well done

Horrible service here and nasty attitude from a lady working there when I was checking how long I can expect to wait. I’d already waited 30 mins for a simple service but was met with hostility and aggression from the staff and walked out. She saw fit to question my time management and ask me if I had anywhere to be and what time as if it’s any of her business. Curly pulled back hair, blue eyes working at 3pm 31/5/21. Very disappointing experience, will be changing bank as this is the second time I’ve experienced this here.

We highly recommend Steven Frawley for getting a home loan. He got our loan application approved quickly & smoothly. We even brought forward the  settlement date. Very happy with the amazing service! Thank you.

I wish there was more people like Rebecca in the industry. Rebecca went above and beyond in helping me set up my accounts. Very friendly and great at what she does. I look forward to banking with CBA in the future.
