Atlas were given specific instructions where to deliver the pavers we ordered, complete with a diagram. The instructions were to leave them on the right hand side of our carport. Instead the left them on the right hand side of the entrance to our drive way and half on our neighbours verge. When calling Atlas to ask why they were left in the wrong place and to request the pavers to be moved, they said the driver could not fit his van in the carport and so they were left in a safe place. Atlas, they are not on our property, they are practically on the edge of the street. Why did you not call us and tell us they could not be delivered where requested. I would have come out of my house and directed the driver to deliver them on our verge where there is plenty of space. Oh yeah because you Atlas are full of horse dung and you put them under the electrical box on our neighbours verge. A very safe place indeed! I have never dealt with a more incompetent pathetic organisation. Potential customers do yourself a favour and steer clear of Atlas.
Pavers crack, chip easily and pit when washed with a high pressure hose. Atlas do not warrant their product and are not interested in dealing with complaints. There is a definite problem with their quality control. When we complained they tried to blame us for everything and then when we pushed back told us they would never sell us pavers again. Do not use Atlas, go anywhere else.
I certainly agree with Doug Elkins review. An important part of Atlas's business model appears to be avoiding consumer liability. I did all the right things including buying their sealer and pre sealer. It doesn't seem to do anything. There are fertiliser stains that they agreed won't come off. The response form their sales manager, David Che included that it was too much to expect some basic information with the product that would have prevented this problem and I should have used my common sense.
Poor quality pavers, be warned if you are looking for the river stone pavers. Our entire paving area turned out very uneven but Atlas claims it is within the tolerance standards. Would not recommend to anyone at all.
The place is a joke, ordered pavers and even was asked for credit card details to complete transaction. Went into yard to pay for pavers,but unprofessional sales did not check with the yard regards stock. “There was no pavers that I ordered in the yard “. Complete waste of time. Place is run by a bunch of clowns... Give this place a miss.
We at Paving World in Port Kennedy are distributors for Atlas Paving, and have been for several years. We supply and install from North of the River to Baldivis area, Mandurah, Dawesville across to Yarloop and all areas in between. We can supply only if you wish. We have samples at our yard at 4 Dalloway Rd, Port Kennedy.
Got our paving done from atlas, absolutely stoked with the quality of the job provided from them. Will be returning.
Thanks for all your help and will use again, great service and excellent products. The pavers look absolutely stunning.
Poor quality pavers but cheap price and you get what you pay for.
Really nice staff, much better product than their competitors and much better priced.
