We are very happy with the customer service we received from Atlas Locksmiths. I rang Todd in the morning to explain that we wanted new locks and that we wanted all the locks to use just one key. That afternoon a polite, well mannered Josh came to our place to do the servey, after only 15 minutes he was done. The very next morning Todd rang with a very reasonable quote and we organised a time the following day for installation of the locks. The following day Peter came and installed all of our locks and knobsets. Peter also was polite, efficient and explained everything to us as he went along and completed the jobs. We had a little hickup with one of the keys sticking but that was fixed very quickly. The level of service and the quality of service was perfect, Highly recommend Atlas Locksmiths. We were pleasently surprised by there quote being $400 cheaper than one of there local competitors. Great team of men to do buisiness with. If more stars were available I would give more.
Had a car key cut for a spare that didn't consistently work. Went in store for a refund and was met with a very unhelpful and grumpy worker who refused my refund and was told he couldn't approve refunds without managers approval and to come back early in the morning a week later to meet the boss. Boss and worker couldn't resolve the issue so with great difficulty after showing proof of the key not working they begrudgingly gave a refund. Very poor customer service. Will not be returning and wouldn't recommend.
I recently had my new home rekeyed by Atlas Locksmiths. Todd came to my house and talked me through the process. He clearly explained options and answered my questions. The service was top class. Locks have now all been changed and are working well for the last few weeks. The best part is Todd was able to greatly reduce the number of keys I need to get around my home. Loving my lighter key ring! Before engaging Atlas I called around several locksmiths and found the Atlas pricing to be quite competitive. Competitive pricing and great service rarely go together these days but at Atlas they still do. Thanks Todd and Steve!
