Communication was so poor with this company - I waited all afternoon until 6.30pm waiting for then to come. They then lied saying that they had called and they didn’t and then failed to ring back as promised after I called them about not turning up! Poor communication regarding delivery of an item, was stated 3 days. Took 2 weeks. Ended up having to chase their delivery company myself. Slow at replying to any emails or phone calls. Item itself was fine but the process buying it was a hassle.
Very bad communication, went to buy a car listed on Facebook marketplace. Messaged saying that we would purchase car today. No communication whatsoever stating car has been sold or that it was being looked at the day before by another buyer. We arrived and where told that the car had been sold the day before. No communication over messenger regarding this at all. Buyer beware of this business.Service: Vehicle purchasing
Guy yelled at me over the phone then texted me after I had already sold the car elsewhere asking where I lived and how much I sold it for. Worst customer experience out of any business I've been to. Do not use these guys for anything.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEALING I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. If there was an option for negative star rating, id surely use it. The owner is by far one of the rudest businessman i have encountered, not only to his staff but to customers as well. When a customer is unhappy and ask to speak with him, he will hide inside and send his staff out to deal with his problems he cant face. Rip off as well and always trying to squeeze every cent they can, but once you question them and they realise you know your stuff, apparently the price changes or drops completely? DO NOT RECOMMEND
Was a bit apprehensive to go here after reading some bad reviews, but the team were nothing but helpful and friendly. Not sure who I dealt with, but really fast service, great people. Will definitely be back

Be carful guys.. this guy has dodgy locations in Hamilton, Rotorua, Tauranga and Taupo..I try to find another car wreckers on google - it brings up different 0800 no.‘s different locations and different co. name but same person answering the phone..I don’t know how google allowed to this so they definitely doing something dodgy..Service: Part finding & extracting
