I liked the hotel. The lady at the reception was kind and allowed me to check in early. The location of the hotel is very convenient, closer to tram, bus and train station. The room was clean, towels were okay. I would recommend them to upgrade and use dispensers for bathing soap and shampoos . Internet reception was not good and seemed weak in my room ,level 12.

Location is very central and very convenient. The room I got was great and provided what I need for 4 nights. Bed comfortable, fridge, iron, hairdryer, cups and glasses, etc. The rooms aren't fancy, and slippers and robes would be nice, but they're not a deal-breaker. The staff were available and ready to help.
Disappointing Stay After a Previous Great ExperiencennI visited on July 15. Due to an extended stay in Melbourne, I urgently booked an additional night before moving to a different accommodation. When I first arrived in Melbourne, I stayed at the Atlantis Hotel for two nights. I was very satisfied with the service and room condition relative to the price, so I decided to book again. However, this time I was extremely disappointed.nnDespite paying a higher rate than my original reservation, I was assigned a poor room. The view from the window was shocking as it overlooked trash. If you are charging guests for this room, it should be cleaned properly first. I have some concerns, as I noticed other reviews suggesting that guests who do not speak English might be given such rooms, but I will trust the hotel's integrity.nnThe service from the staff varied by individual but was generally good.
The hotel is just steps away from Melbourne Railway Station. It feels like I don’t have to drag my luggage far away, which is great! It will save you energy if you know how to take the tram. If you don't know how to take the tram, this really isn't the place to go. You have to walk a long way to go shopping and eat.nnI've stayed in several hotels. This is the room I've encountered so far. The air in the shower room is very circulated, the sofa is very comfortable, the WIFI is automatically connected, and the grid-shaped pillows are very smelly.nnWhat I personally didn't like was that when checking in, I had to make a photocopy of my credit card. Because it had just been stolen not long ago, the whole thing was very sensitive.
