We have been going to this place for about 10 years.  Have noticed over the past 2 years it is slowly going down hill.  While the food has been fine, the bookings seem disorganised.  The service is lacking and the atmosphere is gone.  It just feels unloved now, which is a shame, as their seafood platter is great.  I hope they spark up the place.

entrees were returned undercooked and replaced, again undercooked, before the 9th entree ever arrived. Staff didn't know the menu or what meals they were carrying when they eventually arrived at our table after more than an hour. We had to actually leave the table to find wait staff to replace our empty drinks. $5 bucks extra to have a pepper sauce with my steak! Several meals were half-eaten then abandoned. The only explanation offered was that they were very busy filling room service orders for the hotel, which should be a normal part of their operation. I hate leaving this review, but the whole evening was a comedy of errors and they need to have a thorough analysis of their entire operation to correct these issues.

The key to they’re success is all about holding patient customers hostage in the dinning room while they wheel cart after cart of room service past starving tables. It’s the exact formula required to make below average food taste meh. For their final throw down they’ll only cook 6 out of 8 meals at your table. Will you be the lucky one that doesn’t get to eat tonight?

The food was good, but that was all.  Very slow service, and this was Sunday lunch with the place almost empty.   The staff, whilst pleasant,  seemed to have no idea of how to serve guests.  Zero atmosphere..felt like lunchtime at the retirement home.  Water was served by the glass, they would not leave the bottle on the table.  A small serve of John Dory was $39... a glass of ordinary Chardonnay was $10.  Won't be going back.
