We have been living in our new town house in Oak Grove, Brighton for almost 8 weeks now and the four of us are so very happy with this decision that words are almost not enough! Having never owned an Atkinson Pontifex home, we now know how blessed we are. The design, location and build quality were all instrumental in our decision for our family in securing this property. The beautiful finishes throughout this town house are classic, architectural and classy. We feel relaxed, happy & secure in quiet surrounding's, with beautiful light and looking onto gorgeous green courtyards. It's like living in a cocoon with all you need and nothing you don't. With clear zones for our adult children upstairs & our own space downstairs, this layout has been a dream. We are all enjoying entertaining & relaxing in our own spaces but still feel connected because it's not a ridiculously large home. The level of design and construction detail and the quality of finish is exceptional and not only well above industry standard, but far exceeded our expectation. As a true sign of their professionalism, even the neighbours who had to endure the build process, commented on how clean and considerate the entire team were. Well done Atkinson Pontifex; you truly are amazing builders & people who take pride in your homes, even after they are built, and for that we are truly grateful.

This is our first home and also first experience of building a new home. Thankfully I have chosen Atkinson Pontifex as our builder. Customer service throughout the whole process was excellent. My site supervisor was very knowledgable and kept me up to date. All of our family members and friends who visited us agree that our house was built by a great builder and its team. Overall I am very happy with my new house and would be happy to recommend Atkinson team.

I am thankful to David Atkinson for making my dream home. I appreciate their working process and successfully completed the building. I recommend the company to them who want to build a contemporary home.

Their attention to detail during the construction process and their clients needs is exceptional.
