As a local returning home after a few years of being away, returning to IGA and seeing how far it has come along, was a breath of fresh air!!! I’m genuinely excited to come back and do my groceries every week to try something different. There is so much variety with a huge focus on healthy, fresh, and local produce I’m all about it! To the man in the butchers that diced my lamb, thank you so much as well!!! You are all doing an incredible job!
Looks an amazing store and have visited 5 times in the last two years visited 5 days ago but they need to stop selling there sides of lamb in pre packed display units when all you get for your $$$$ is bone,fat and good for dog food.nExtremely disappointing from a company like IGAnBinned 80 % of what was in the package
Been visiting this store for almost 10 years. Wonderful staff around the store. Worldwide winning and always expanding. Click and Collect, House Delivery, in store popcorn, self serve of nuts, fruit and chocolate, local suppliers/businesses, expansive international selection, organic/health foods, fresh fruit and veg and competitive pricing.
Lots of local fresh produce and meat products. Great selection of salamis, cheeses, self serve flours, nuts and seeds and spices. Good assortment of bread. Great variety of continental foods. Just a great place to shop.
One of the best supermarkets you’ll find anywhere, not just locally, but genuinely outstanding by national standards.nThe deli is exceptional, easily the best you’ll find in any supermarket in Australia. The bakery is fantastic, and the butchers are on another level altogether, I’ve honestly never seen better butchers in a large supermarket, anywhere. Even the economy meat is still high quality, and the specials are excellent value.nPrices are reasonable and this store clearly looks after its community. They actively give back through local groups, organisations, and sporting clubs something the big chains talk about but rarely deliver in a meaningful way.nPlenty of parking, the store is always clean and well presented and the staff are exceptionally friendly. They also employ and train a lot of local young people, giving them a real start in the workforce and they do it patiently and properly.nA really nice touch is that all checkouts are manned by real people, including express lanes. It’s personal, efficient, and refreshingly human.nWith an IGA like this in town it’s hard to see why anyone would shop elsewhere. This store is a shining example of what a supermarket should be and something the big chains should genuinely aspire to.
