Purchased a wrap and there was mould on it, didn’t have sauce and the chicken was cold. They had even pulled off part of the mould. $15 for a wrap that has mould on it is not exceptable. The customer service was below average, half of the employees are rude, not to mention they can’t put burgers together properly. The lack of care displayed in the food is ridiculous, there’s either items missing or the food isn’t constructed properly. This place should be shut down purely for knowingly serving mouldy food to paying customers, never been so disgusted.
Was the normal maccas experience, when did the cheeseburgers shrink ? I ordered a quarter pounder for myself, pretty average really. Have come to realise it ain't what it uses to be.
Whoever that boy was working tonight is an absolute tart. Slammed the window on us because we accidentally beeped the horn when we were trying to pay for the food. Maybe you should look for different job if you can’t even handle that. Actually pathetic. It’s not our fault you hate your life that much. I’m sure you’ll love the horns the next time we visit.
Ordered a 10 piece nugget box and a separate 3 piece for our 3 small children. Get home and in the 10 piece box there are only 6 nuggets?! Very disappointed children. Seems to have a mess up with every order!
3. Just bought a drink and it has a BUG squished in the lid! Disgusting!! And they checked my bag twice but still forgot something!n1. Food tasted delicious just the burger was put together a bit sloppily so I had to fix it myself before eating.n2. Visited again early-ish in the morning. We were the only customers in the store and they still made my burger with little care. I had to reconstruct it before eating, again.
