The sales agent was super helpful and friendly and really informative she loves her job and is amazing at it
Very nice and family friendly place. Landscape is beautiful. All new parks and facilities. The staff at Sales Center are all kind, cheerful and professional. A lot has been built and there are plenty more that are still being developed. This will be a successful and established estate in the coming years.
I would have given a negative star, if I got the option one of the most dodgy people I have ever seen, will give you completely different information, when They want you to deposit the initial deposit, afterwards they will not care about your hard earned money and your mental health.. your emails, keep misleading you by providing wrong information about the settlements. Not only me, all of my friends lost a lot of money due to their dishonesty. Don’t go for them, you will be financially and mentally drained after signing up for them.
Make sure you get the valuation done before signing the contract. Some Blocks are over priced. They will tell you that you will get a rebate if 4 valuation come back low. I did six valuations and all of them very 20 K short, but they refuse to give me rebate without a giving me a reason and its too late to pull out of it.nEverything else is fine
Stay awaynNever make their promisesnIf you have already bought a land keep delay of one year in mind.nWill give you months for land settlement then weeks then days and then won’t contact you at all.nIt’s actually headache buying land there.nFirst home buyers please buy a built house rather then running around And chasing your money.nToo many conditions for land buyers, no condition for them.nI have been told that your land will get settled in one year so I paid advance to builder to hold the price for building as they go up every year. Unfortunately land got delayed and now paying extra $1200 every quarter to builder to keep the same price for building. Already got delayed 7 months and still don’t know how long more to go.
