Can’t say it enough, what a great place to work out. The exercises are tailored for every one and will leave you feeling great every time. Willy owner/coach is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his craft which is the icing on the cake. I have joined 4 “crossfit / cross-training” gyms in my life and this is BY FAR THE BEST I have atteneded.

I have been with Athena Fitness for the past 2 years and have felt welcomed and supported.  I have lost weight, am physically and mentally stronger, motivated and energetic.  Willy offers skill, attentiveness, motivation, knowledge and experience.  I highly recommend Athena Fitness if you are ready for a challenge.

Great place, amazing coaches who really love what they do, they take the time to explain the work-outs and adjusted them to my level of fitness. I didn't feel intimidated when I walked into this place, everybody was welcoming and supportive. All the equipment is very clean and organized.

Great place to start a new fitness regiment. Friendly people, brand new equipment, & professionally run. The programming works to  everyones capabilities and fitness level.

Every Workout is phenomenal, knowledgeable trainers with years of experience and they give very helpful advice on eating habits and recovery. Would recommend to anyone of all ages
