Rude, unhelpful and low quality. I went in on a Sunday to purchase my boss a birthday cake, and I could not believe the low level of service I received. Not only was the lady not helpful - the other lady on shift had the nerve to speak in Greek (saying "what does this GIRL want") assuming I did not understand, which I found incredibly rude. I was a bit wary as a few friends had recommended this place, so I tried to keep positive. I had asked for some writing on top of the cake, however the lady serving me (who was a bit younger than the other 2 ladies in the shop) said "no one is here we can't do it", but there is 3 of you in the shop? Confusing. I went home and opened the cake just to check it was okay. To my absolute surprise the side of the cake had looked like someone stuck their finger in it and the top of the chocolate icing was cracking (photo attached)!!! I felt so embarrassed I couldn't give this to my boss to cut in front of everybody! What a waste of money. Honestly, I am so disgusted in the level of service I received by all ladies in the shop. If you're going to run a business you could at least value your customers and have a decent level of customer service. I do not recommend to go here.

Outstanding cakes, my favourite is definitely the ice cream cake. I don't know why everyone is saying that they experienced bad customer service, they seemed nice. You can also sit outside and have some really good coffee with a piece of cake of your choce. If your getting a present for someone, I suggest you come here.

I am a huge fan of their range of cakes and biscuits! I’ve recommended this place to many people, anyone who wants big cakes, little cakes or greek biscuits has got to come here! Plus their staff are really helpful and friendly, and their prices are standard and affordable. Love it!

Sweets are delicious and fresh but less than 1 star for their service. They are rude and have no customer Service whatsoever. I think they must be over life.

Cheap price with cheap customer service. Wrongturn for those who are expecting for help from staff. Especially that old man looks like owner Of The shop. Will never go back that horrible place again.
