A Fantastic club.nnA great mix of fun and dedicated learning for the kids.nnCraig and Cass are excellent tutors who bring a lot of guidance and support. All the kids regardless of grade level, are treated equally. They all get involved and train with each other.nnA very safe space for all.nnAll classes involve formal etiquette at the beginning and end of each class, thorough warm up and stretching, proper technique and drills, the use of pads and physical conditioning drills such as push-ups, sit ups, star jumps, jumping, running etc.nnIf you have any children who are bursting with energy, this is the place to be. It will develop them physically while learning all about discipline, camaraderie and respect for one another and last but not least, they learn an incredible skillset that they can take with them for life.nnAnthony and Jack
I felt welcome from day one and have enjoyed every lesson I have attended. The style is no nonsense and practical and Kas and Craig are knowledgeable and excellent instructors.nNot afraid to explore different techniques and always combing the best elements of martial art styles.nI have had some experience with martial arts for a while and I find it loads of fun and useful as personal development and for self defence.nGreat work ATA!!
These guys go above and beyond to teach and really hone in on the kids level to not only make it engaging, fun but so empowering. We are so happy to be a part of such a beautiful family run community. Craig and Cass are a huge inspiration. Love your work guys
Cass and Craig are amazing with the kids and they make the classes fun while still teaching them great self defence techniques. We signed our little girl up to help her meet new people and to bring her out of her shell....the change in her confidence and attitude has been amazing.
It is an outstanding martial arts school. I feel very comfortable and a positive environment for everyone. They are knowledgeable and experienced and the best people you can find. Classes are amazing and well organised. I feel lucky to have found them. I highly recommend them to anyone.
