If there is zero rate I’ll be putting it , I’m trying to call them for few days now just to ask about something they not answer very bad customer service

Wallah they’re not genuine they’re dodgy and they stole my money and my friends money because their device was faulty twice. 2 days after figuring it out I went to ask for a refund since it comes with a 3 month warranty but they pretty much said I’m a liar and I’m faking it. Run away

Dropped in to ask if they had a part for my car. Lady at office in the back just yells out QUOTE NUMBER? no hello, no how can I help you. Tells me click and collect service only. I said I've been calling and sent a request through web site, but no reply. Just rude. Needless to say I didn't buy any parts from them.

I had a very pleasant experience with ASV. I ordered parts which were delivered within 24 hours. The parts were wrong for the vehicle, so I had to return it to Campbellfield. My refund came within 24 hours of calling them up. Thank you Maria and the team.
