Chelsea has a very professional approach to selling properties! Chelsea recently sold our rental property and from the get go Chelsea told us what she expected the property would sell for given the current market in the area and was very close to the mark. Other Agents talk the price up and give you false hopes, this is not the case with Chelsea! She also never gave up till a contract was in place and this is what you need in an agent! I would have no problem recommending Chelsea to handle anything to do with the property market to anyone!

by far one of the worst run real estates in Townsville, getting tradesman to do work orders and then refusing to pay them. how many times does this real estate need to be investigated before they get shutdown.

Chelsea͏ has the energy to keep going An͏ interstate offer fell through, lots of keen locals did return visits and an eventual buyer that was hard work. Chelsea kept pushing through hurdle after hurdle to achieve a result. It was tough, and quite frankly others agents wouldn't have got there.

Excellent service Chelsea was amazing from start to finish with the sale of my property, great marketing skills and very switched on with the current property market. Chelsea always communicated and kept me up to date and had a signed contract within 4 weeks. Very impressed indeed, thank you Chelsea.

Greatly exceeded my expectations I had dealt with Chelsea previously and found her to be empathetic, knowledgeable and helpful.  When I decided to sell, I knew there was nobody else I wanted to work with, especially given that I was living in another city and was not going to be able to tend to any hiccups along the way.
