Had high hopes for this venue, but we were quite disappointed. Customer service was pretty poor. Staff sat chatting amongst themselves behind the counter, giving no thought to checking on their customers. Waited ages for our desserts, which were disappointing. Not good value for money.
In my opinion this meal was not value for money, or very tasty. One penne dish was very much over salted, and the ravioli was tasteless.
Should have realised when hardly anyone in there. Waited to be seated while 3 staff fussed behind counter ignoring us. Our drinks were forgotten and food was very average.
Ordered takeaway - it was 20mins late even though the restaurant had just opened. 2 basic pizzas & a basic gnocchi - $69 - really?
The garlic bread was good.... Service average, main courses were very bad. Would not recommend going here.
Service not great. Meals very average and plain. Baking paper still on parma. 1 main 10 mins later that other 5 meals.
Best Italian we've had anywhere! Beautiful pasta, pizza + desserts to die for.
Don't bother, 7 of us went in for breakfast, ALL the poached eggs were hard, waited 45 mins. Wrong orders, etc etc etc RUBBISH!
