Says there closing time is 6. I came in at 5 and they’ve already left? Super annoyed I made the effort to come to it here for their service.

I have been here twice for eyebrow and upper lip threading. The first time, the girl cut my eyebrow with the thread...and I totally understand that this kind of thing happens so not too big of a deal. However the second time, she rushed and did a swipe on each side of my lip and didn’t even remove half of the hair and said all done. I had to ask her to redo it 4 times before the job was actually done and I have barely any hair...she gave attitude, she was lazy and rushing and rude to the customer before me also. Really unprofessional. Also, don’t consider tinting here as the girl I watched before me wasn’t done properly. The tint was on for barely a few minutes and she had dyed her skin well outside the shape of her brow and probably wouldn’t last a few days. For $17 to remove tiny hairs that takes under 5 mins...you’d expect the job to be done properly. Don’t waste your money here.

THIS IS SERIOUSLY HORRIFIC. NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE. DISPLAYING HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS LADY SHOUTED AT MY COUSIN TO MOVE HER HAND. AHD HER EYEBROWS ARE SO BAD BAD OMG IM REALLY ANGRY

Totally unhappy with the service.when I went I said her to make like v shape and I request her not to make it round but she made me really unhappy by making my brows totally round. I will never go back. Regretting why I saw that place .

Would not recommend this service to anyone. My daughter had the skin on her hand threaded off as well as a little bald patch left on her eyebrow.
